Greek Heat Spread Recipe
Feta and avocado create the base for this delicious spread.

1 4-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled |
| |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
| |
4 ripe avocados, peeled and cut into chunks |

(1 bottle) |
1 tsp Habanero Hot Sauce |
| |
Juice of 1 lemon |
| |
salt to taste |
| |
1 baguette roll |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with a fork until well blended and slightly lumpy. Spoon into serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with sliced baguette rounds. |
